Drawing a long bow - 2 sys admins to take the rap!

I am afraid this is BS.... If people can go around trading child porn through the internet then then the ISP's should also be charged with aiding and abetting - which I have no problem with! But lets put this in perspective!!! Music and movies.... let's get the priorities right first. Ohhhh that's right stopping child pornography does not help bolster ailing revenue losses!

IN BRIEF Two Swiftel staff members can now be sued for alleged piracy, after the federal court overturned a previous decision to exclude them.Swiftel, now operating under the People Telecom brand, made headlines earlier this year when it was alleged P2P hubs were operating on its network.Although the hubs were run by Swiftel customers, the music industry believes that two Swiftel staff members did not act on copyright infringement notices sent to Swiftel, treating them "like spam".ZDNet Australia reports that the creator of one of the P2P sites named "Archie's Hub", has already settled with Music Industry Piracy Investigations (MIPI). Swiftel's trial is expected to begin in October.
