Xbox 360 To Receive Parental Controls

Via BinkNu:

Microsoft has announced its intentions to implement parental controls into the Japanese version of the Xbox 360. The controls will serve to prevent minors from playing games unsuitable for their age, will restrict access to titles outside of that range (12+, 15+, 18+), and feature voice-chat disabling options. This is definitely in response to the heat that San Andreas has garnered, so don't be surprised if these parental controls see a stateside release.

They're already in the regular
Xbox.

This isn't in response to a law or current issue, but a part of their plan for the console since day one.
